Quantitative data analysis

How satisfied are our customers? How many customers in this target segment would be willing to pay more for this product feature? What do our top-performing salespeople have in common?

We have large experience in using software such as SPSS, Process, and AMOS to analyse small and large datasets with descriptive, inferential and multivariate statistical techniques, incl. exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, cluster analysis, correspondence analysis, structural equation modelling, canonical correlation, multiple regression, conjoint analysis, discriminant analysis, etc. We interpret data and write-up findings in any format required (e.g. reports, presentations, infographics, etc.).

Qualitative data analysis

Would customers like the new product we're launching? What are the steps that customers follow when seeking to choose a service provider such as us?

Whether it's raw data that have come from multiple focus groups, a series of in-depth interviews, documents, or diaries, we have the knowledge to meaningfully organise and analyse them, using thematic analysis processes and assisted by software such as NVivo. We then proceed to write-up findings in any format required (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.) with powerful, illustrative quotes to clearly drive points across.
